..bountiful peak..

lance and i have a favorite drive we love to go on every once in a while. it is pretty long but gorgeous nonetheless, so we try and do it once or twice a year. it starts in two places - either in farmington canyon or right above the bountiful "b" and it ends in the opposite place. its up way high on the mountain, and you can see EVERYTHING when you are up there! on a clear day you can see from salt lake clear to north ogden, and out past the great salt lake...it is seriously SUCH a beautiful drive. well a couple weeks ago we were driving along and noticed some pretty good camp sites, so we decided to go back this last weekend and go camping. the fall leaves were absolutely GORGEOUS, and somehow we managed to pick the best weekend ever to do it, bc the weather was so warm. every time i have ever gone camping i always freeze to death, so i made sure to pack some warm clothes. turns out i roasted inside the tent...it was so hot! i much prefer it that way though. we went with lance's dad and his fiance, wendy, and of course we couldn't leave the pups behind and boy, did they love being up in the mountains! i think it was a little slice of heaven for everyone! and here is my belly at 14 weeks. i feel so huge for only 14 weeks, and its not like i really look pregnant either, i just look chubby. oh well!
