we had a fabulous easter this year. something about having a tiny person living with you makes every day fabulous. :) i am sad we weren't able to go to church (everyone has advised me to wait at least 6 weeks before taking him bc of all those germs) - bc while our day was fabulous, i did miss the unique spirit that is always present in church on easter sunday. not to say we didn't feel the spirit...this tiny person so fresh from heaven fills our home with such a wonderful spirit, and this year more than ever in my life i am so thankful for my savior...for his atonement and resurrection...and the knowledge i have that our family will be together forever. :) 
my little guy is 2 weeks old already! we had his first doctor's appointment today and he is perfect! he didn't like when the nurse pricked his foot with that needle, but he didn't even cry...just grunted and moaned. this boy sure is a great baby (knock on wood!!) and makes life so enjoyable and fulfilling for his mama and daddy.

I love that pic of him! It was great getting to see you guys and finally meet Finn on Saturday, he is such a sweet little baby. thanks for having us over!
oh i want to kiss and smell his little perfect skin sooooo badly!! i know i say that all the time, and when i actually see him i definitely won't kiss him, but oh my goodness he just makes me crave that newborn phase all over again. heck, my baby's only 2 months old and i feel baby hungry when i see baby finn!! he is the cutest, most perfect baby ever. those pics that that one photographer took are just to die for.
