..lately..

hellllllooo!!!!!! we had another fun weekend with lance's family. his sister tiffany's birthday was sunday, march 8 so we went down saturday night and ate dinner and had cake, then went back on sunday for more yummy food and dessert. his mom and sisters are all gourmet cooks...and so is my mom...so me and lance eat pretty dang good food!! haha we have stopped eating out actually...bc who needs to eat out when you've got talented mom's and sisters?! i am happy to report that lance's mom is doing quite well. she's had surgery and is recovering nicely and we are all very hopeful and optimistic that the doctors took out all the cancer.

our little family grew recently. lance bought a fish. don't ask me why he had the sudden urge to buy a fish!! it is a little beta fish and we named him banjo. lance is convinced that the fish knows who he is..haha he says that whenever he sits down at the counter to eat, the fish will swim from the back of the bowl to the front and just stare at lance! the dogs don't really seem too interested in the fish. maybe that's a good thing, though!

lance has been keeping pretty busy with work and i'm just workin my usual at toad's. i can't stand my job right now, to be honest (i wont get started talking about that though, otherwise this would end up the longest post ever)! i guess i should just be grateful to have a job in this economy...and i am. needless to say, if anyone know's of any jobs available, let me know!!
